We accept payments via secure online payment gateway. For customers who prefer it, we also support manual bank transfers — simply submit your transfer details and payment proof through the billing section of your account, and our team will verify and activate your subscription.

Yes. You can change your subscription plan at any time from your account billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. When downgrading, your existing data is preserved — you will simply be limited to the new plan's limits for new records going forward.

Booking.com channel management is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. It allows two-way synchronisation of room availability and rates directly with your Booking.com property listing.

Your data is stored securely and is isolated from other customers. We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and role-based access controls. Each hotel tenant operates in complete isolation from others on the platform.
